This granola ticks all the bins and is a breeze to whip up. Serve with yoghurt and berries or seasonal fruit.
Vegan Chocolate Banana Muffins
These are so easy to make, thoroughly packed with flavour and have a hint of indulgence with the heat, oozing chocolate filling.
French Toast with Maple Strawberries
French toast bought from a café is typically sugar-laden and not extremely wholesome. This variation of French toast preferences just as decadent but is sweetened with only a contact of maple syrup and delectable berries!

Corn & Zucchini Fritters
These multipurpose fritters pack a punch when it will come to veggies and flavour. They pair beautifully with my go-to refreshing avocado salsa on leading. I hope you get pleasure from them as a lot as I do!
Quick Environmentally friendly Eggs
This dish can be created employing no matter what environmentally friendly veggies you have in the fridge – I like kale, spinach and Brussels sprouts most! Insert some pesto or chilli flakes to end it off – yum!
Mediterranean Frittata
I enjoy the flavours in this protein-packed dish. It is great for Sunday brunch and any additional can be quickly saved and relished all over the 7 days.
